Stab-Bound book with Marbled Paper and Block Prints
Students will create their own unique journal or photo book not only using the block print method of printmaking, but also another fun and easy monoprinting technique that can be done at home – paper marbling. Make your own journal to commemorate your travels or personal memorabilia. This is the easiest and most direct method of book construction, again perfect for beginners! Maximum 6 students.

Copper Enameled Earrings, Toggle or Pendant
In this quick, one day overview of copper enameling, st udents will be instructed in the two most direct forms of enameling. Glass powders are fired onto shaped copper pieces at 1400 degrees – using sifting, wet packing and cloisonné techniques. Students will create a number of pieces that will be assembled with appropriate findings, and can be taken home at the end of the day. Beginners welcome. Maximum 6 students.

Stained Glass Sun Catcher
Students will be guided through the basic techniques involved with stained glass. Cutting glass, grinding, foiling and soldering will all be covered, under the guidance of GlassWorks’ faculty, will all be covered while each person completed their own hanging stained glass sun catcher. Information to continue at home will be supplied at end of workshop.
